We specialize in custom machining and will quote any run quantity, including one-offs, prototype. We can produce anything from several parts to thousands. Depending on what our customer needs we will pick best solutions and processes to accomplish the task.

The more information we have the more accurately we can quote.

A fully dimensioned print, drawing or sketch (PDF format preferred) and/or CAD file (.STEP, .DXF, .CAD). The part material(s) specified. Any secondary processes such as heat treat or balancing. Any PPAP, AIAG and APQP requirements. The deadline for part completion. Part quantity. If any special finish is required. Targeted pricing. Any outside processes This will provide us with all the information necessary to start on the job.

Yes, most definitely. All you would need to do is send us a PO (purchase order) or get in touch with our office to start the process.

Since custom work is a problem solving there is no set typical “lead time”. We do have a lot of experience in this area and we are pretty good at keeping our estimated completion due dates.

Yes, if you’d like to see our capabilities in person give us a call and we will set up a time when we are not too busy.

Our shipping and receiving hours are Monday to Thursday 7.00am to 4.00pm and Friday 7.00am to 3.00pm. We can provide special accommodations when needed. Just let us know ahead of time.  

If you’re a driver and running behind, just give us a call and follow the phone system prompts so we can assist you.

Absolutely! We offer assistance in machining methods and raw materials. We can also offer small design changes, tolerance review and even eliminate extra operations. We don’t want our customers to waste time or money. 

Yes, depending on our schedule we try and do a summer shutdown for routine maintenance and we are closed down during Christmas and New Year. Our phone system and website are always up to date with this information.
